I love days like this! A snow day…everyone is home! It’s already after 3pm, and we are all still in our pajamas! 🙂 Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
Even though I’m still in my jammies, I haven’t been lounging around, I’ll have you know. 🙂 I’ve been up since about 5:15 a.m., and have been working most of the day. I’ve taken a few long breaks now and then, but for the most part, I have been working in my office.
On one of my breaks, I made a big breakfast for everyone and we watched the movie Santa Claus 3. It’s been a run of Christmas movies at our home over the last few days…and I’m loving it! My comfy snuggle blanket has gotten lots of attention from me watching these classic Christmas movies!
I’ve taken in as much coffee as I can probably take at this point today, and should switch over to something else…maybe hot chocolate? Zach wants to play Monoply…one of my least favorite games, and his favorite. We’ll do that here soon. 🙂 I wouldn’t mind a great game of Whoonu later on tonight!
Maybe we’ll bake some cookies yet today…or maybe we’ll decide to tackle Zach’s room. (Can’t see much of his floor with all of his “stuff” covering it!) Whatever we do the rest of the day, it really doesn’t matter…I cherish days like this, because I know they are few and far between!
The snow is still blowing and our gravel road is not safe for driving…I’m thinking there’s a great chance we won’t have school tomorrow either. I guess we’ll have to see! I’m off to enjoy the rest of this pajama day! 🙂
