Last week seemed to fly by, as I’m sure this week will too. Our summer is going way too fast!
Last Sunday at church during band practice time, I caught the girls (my Ali and Tina’s girls, Grace & Olivia) on film in this position…

Ali had team volleyball camp last week at school, then left Thursday for team camp at UNO – University of Nebraska Omaha. She returned Saturday night. She’s also been working about 20+ hours a week.
Zach had soccer camp Tuesday & Thursday evening and a 3 vs. 3 league on Wednesday evening last week. His 3 vs. 3 team are preparing for Regionals which will take place in a couple of weeks.
Volleyball and soccer…’tis the season, I guess! 🙂
Friday night Tina, Marcia and our husbands had a nice evening out. It was fun to be together and have lots of laughs!
Saturday afternoon we celebrated my Godson, Bennett’s birthday. He turns 10 tomorrow. My Aunt Wendy was in town…it was great to get most of us together!
I’m trying my darndest to have life slow down. I’m trying to appreciate every little thing I can. I’m trying to soak in as much summer and family time as possible. Before I know it, it’ll be fall and a new season in our lives. God has blessed us with so much. I’m very thankful!
