Today was a wonderful day there, and I find great joy in working alongside of some of the nicest people…both staff and volunteers. We all work together so well! The people we serve have also become special friends to me. They bring a smile to my face, and joy to my heart. I had some very meaningful conversations with couple of my friends today, and I was so very thankful God allowed me to be there at that specific time to do so!
Those who come in to volunteer are priceless, and honestly, Mission of Hope would have a hard time existing if it wasn’t for our volunteers. I’m thankful for each and every one! (We could use more though!)
My heart is so grateful as I think that I didn’t know any of these special people a couple of years ago, and today they are such an important part of my life. Thank you God for bringing me to Mission of Hope!
