Don’t you love exciting news? Today, I’ve got something exciting to share! Something that’s been happening behind the scenes. Something I’m so very thrilled about. And something fun to celebrate with gifts for you!

The thing is, you already saw it when you opened this post.

Did you notice it? Did you notice things look a little different around here? We redesigned my website!

I know. That may not be a big deal to most. I get it. But, think about your passion for a moment, and imagine something exciting happening for it or about it. You’re thrilled, and you want to share your excitement with everyone. Well, that’s how I feel about my redesigned site! Thanks for sharing in my excitement!

My site designer, Susan, and I have been working for weeks to update my space and to make it more user friendly, more welcoming, more personal, and more original. (She’s amazing.) With the help of my son, Zach, who is my talented photographer and graphic designer (and who is also amazing), we updated the photos across the site which gave it an entirely new look. Our photo shoot in Cedar Rapids one evening was a blast! I felt like a graduating high school senior all over again! Zach also designed my rebranded name, which I am quite fond of. Putting both of Susan’s and Zach’s talents together created this new and refreshing space on web I absolutely love.

As always, I will still offer real encouragement for our real lives here, because I fully believe we can never receive enough encouragement in this life. Especially on the tough days. So, the content hasn’t changed, but the look most certainly has.

So, what do you think? Your feedback is welcomed, and if you see anything wonky, please let me know so we can fix it.
