Can We Trust He’ll Provide For Us?
God continues to remind me He will provide all I need.
Friend, could you use a reminder of His provision? Are you wondering if He will again provide for you in your time of need?
Walk with me for a moment…
The other day I found myself overwhelmed about all that was in front of me. Not only was I knee-deep in the details of launching this new site, I felt I was drowning in work, in responsibilities, in commitments, and in the cares of this world. Ever been there? Maybe you’re there now. I don’t need to tell you how crippling that feeling can be. You already know.
It wasn’t easy to begin the day that way.
All of this, and it was just 7:00 a.m! But then, as I was diligently tapping away at my laptop, color to my left caught my eye. In through our east windows was streaming hues of pink, amber, and yellow. The sun was ready to make its appearance for the day.
I grabbed my phone, inched the window open enough to slide my hand out, and snapped one of the most amazing views I’ve ever seen…
Through those colors, it was as if God was reminding me of Philippians 4:19:
You can be sure that God will take care of everything you need, his generosity exceeding even yours in the glory that pours from Jesus. (MSG)
He’s reminding you of this truth today, too.
Yes, God will provide all you and I need.
Maybe not necessarily all we want, be certainly all we need. I reminded a friend and a family member today of this truth. It’s something we could remind each other of every single day, because sometimes we forget.

No matter what you’re walking through right now, trust in this promise. Trust God will provide. He always does, and He always will.
God provided that visible reminder for me that morning and I was able to live in that promise the rest of the day. He certainly provides.
How has He provided for you recently? In what ways are you asking Him to provide now? I’m praying for you today.
Thanks again for being here, friend.
A new site design. A new Facebook page. Rebranding with new photos, a new color palette, new fonts, and a fresh image. This journey to a new site has been an adventure. I’m quite thankful for it.
Thank you for joining me on this exciting journey. I appreciate you more than you know. Your presence here blesses me, encourages me, and spurs me on to keep going. Thank you.
Today I’m linking up with the Five Minute Friday community (on a Saturday). This week’s prompt is PROVIDE.
