Kelly’s Corn Casserole

by | Jun 3, 2009 | recipes, sides

Since I talked about making my sister-in-law, Kelly’s, corn casserole recipe in my post yesterday, I thought I’d share the recipe. This is highly requested by my family, especially Ali! She asks me to make it for every big family gathering! She’ll even eat it for breakfast! 🙂 Enjoy!

Kelly’s Corn Casserole

1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernal corn (I drain it)
1 cup sour cream
1 box corn muffin mixx
2 eggs
1 stick of butter or margarine melted
diced green pepper or onion can be added in melted butter if desired (I don’t)

Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Bake for over an hour if doubled.
